Joe Cionni III is a student in the graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology also from Franciscan University. He is an avid reader of philosophy with particular interest in existentialism and postmodernism.
